Heavy Duty Slewing Bearing Custom | Seamless Hardening Case Depth ≥8mm · P4 Accuracy · MOQ 1 Set | Henan Sankuang Machinery
Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., located in Luoyang Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Base, specializes in R&D and precision machining of slewing bearings with diameters from 500mm to 3,000mm and accuracy grades P0-P4. Sample orders welcome, MOQ 1 set.
Actual Delivery Case: In 2025, we manufactured a 2,800mm diameter slewing bearing for a mining equipment client. The client's previous supplier's product developed abnormal noise and early raceway wear after approximately 8 months. Analysis revealed the root cause was insufficient local hardness from quenching soft zones. We adopted seamless hardening process (4 inductors working simultaneously, 800KW total power), completely eliminating soft zone defects. Client reported approximately 30% noise reduction, with calculated bearing life extended to 1.8 times the original. The client subsequently placed additional orders for 12 units.
Manufacturing Process:
Forging → Annealing → Turning → Heat Treatment → Grinding → Assembly. Ring forging eliminates internal defects and optimizes metal flow lines. Heat treatment is the critical process: quenching at 820-840℃ for 1-2h with oil cooling; tempering at 150-180℃ for 2-5h with air cooling. Grinding ensures final dimensional and geometric accuracy.
Process Highlights: Induction hardening hardness ≥55HRC, case depth ≥4mm, soft zone width <50mm.
Materials: 42CrMo, 50Mn, GCr15SiMn.
Delivery Documents: Material certificates, hardness test reports (with case depth curves), dimensional inspection reports, UT/MT inspection reports.
