Sankuang Machinery provides custom industrial rubber roller manufacturing, supporting new production and re-coating. MOQ 1 piece.
Actual Delivery Case: A printing plant's roller developed swelling and delamination after 3 months from ink and cleaning agent exposure. We recommended NBR rollers with strict sandblasting and adhesive bonding control. Service life extended to over 12 months, annual replacement costs reduced by approximately 70%.
Complete Manufacturing Process:
Core Cleaning: Remove oil from new cores; remove old rubber from used cores
Surface Roughening: Increase bonding area
Sandblasting: Select appropriate sand type for secure bonding
Adhesive Application: After sandblasting
Rubber Application: Winding or casting; rubber for ink resistance, PU for wear, silicone for heat
Vulcanization: 10-15 hours for secure core-to-rubber bonding
Grinding: CNC mirror grinding for high precision
Custom Compounds:
NBR: Oil and wear resistant, printing/dyeing/petrochemical
PU: Tensile strength 3x, wear resistance 5x natural rubber
Silicone: -100℃ to 350℃ resistance
