Heavy-Duty Large Slewing Bearing Custom Manufacturing | Induction Hardened HRC 55+ · Case Depth ≥4mm
Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., located in Luoyang Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Base, specializes in R&D and precision machining of slewing bearings with diameters from 500mm to 3,000mm and accuracy grades P0, P6, P5, and P4.
Slewing bearings are large special-structure bearings capable of simultaneously withstanding axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments, integrating support, rotation, transmission, and fixing functions. Widely used in construction machinery, mining equipment, port machinery, and wind power.
Core Manufacturing Process:
Forging blank inspection: Material and forging condition check; measure dimensions, calculate machining allowance
Turning: Rough turning (5 RPM, 10–12mm cut) → aging (≥48h, 3-point support) → finish turning (6–8 RPM, 0.3–0.5mm) → profile finish turning (unloaded, 0.2mm)
Raceway induction hardening: Hardness ≥55HRC, case depth ≥4mm, soft zone <50mm
Tempering: 200℃ for 48 hours for stress relief
Gear hobbing/milling: Accuracy Grade 8 or above
Grinding: Rough (36-grit wheel, 1500 RPM) → finish (46/60-grit resin wheel)
Materials: 42CrMo, 50Mn, GCr15SiMn.
Applications: Excavators, cranes, stacker-reclaimers, ship unloaders, wind turbine yaw/pitch bearings.
Delivery Documents: Material certificates, hardness test reports (with case depth records), dimensional inspection reports, UT/MT inspection reports.
