High-Performance Rubber Roller Manufacturing: Premium Polyurethane & Silicone Coating
Our Rubber Rollers are manufactured with a focus on chemical compatibility, elastic recovery, and surface finish. Starting with a precision metal core (aluminum or steel), we apply a specialized adhesive layer before bonding the rubber covering. We work with a variety of materials including Natural Rubber, Nitrile (NBR), Polyurethane (PU), and Silicone to meet specific needs like oil resistance, high-temperature resistance (up to 170°C), or high abrasion resistance. The production process includes core blasting, adhesive application, rubber wrapping, and vulcanization in an autoclave to ensure a strong bond. The final step involves precision cylindrical grinding to achieve a mirror-like finish with tight diameter tolerances. Our rubber rollers are widely used in printing presses, textile mills, and industrial conveying systems where uniform pressure and smooth operation are critical. We also offer re-covering services for used rollers, saving you cost on new cores.
