Custom Industrial Rubber Covered Roller | Autoclave Vulcanization · PU/NBR/Silicone · 24-48h Curing
Rubber covered rollers consist of a metal core covered with high-performance elastomer through vulcanization, comprising outer rubber layer, hard rubber layer, metal core, roll neck, and vent holes. MOQ: 1 piece, sample orders accepted.
Key Process Steps:
1. Compound Mixing: Rubber content 25%-85%, hardness ±0-90 degrees
2. Molding: Metal core sandblasting for bonding strength
3. Vulcanization: Large/medium rollers use autoclave vulcanization, large rollers require 24-48 hours in autoclave, 30-50 times normal curing time
4. Surface Finishing: Grinding → polishing → thorough dust removal
Custom Compounds:
NBR Rollers: Oil and wear-resistant, printing/dyeing/petrochemical
PU Rollers: Tensile strength 3x and wear resistance 5x natural rubber
Silicone Rollers: -100℃ to 350℃ resistance, plastic film coating/food packaging
NR Rollers: High elasticity, conveying equipment
