Forged Gear Shafts: Precision Engineered for Heavy Power Transmission
The gear shaft is the critical link between power source and driven equipment. Henan Sankuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures high-strength forged gear shaft products that deliver reliable power transmission for mining, cement, and steel mill applications.
Our custom helical gear shaft units are precision-engineered from premium alloy steels — including 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi, AISI 4340, and AISI 8620H — through a complete manufacturing process that includes forging, rough machining, heat treatment, gear cutting, finish machining, and quality inspection.
For heavy-duty gearboxes, mill drives, and hoist systems, our heavy duty pinion shaft products are designed to handle high torque and shock loads. Each gear shaft undergoes carburizing and quenching (or induction hardening) to achieve optimal surface hardness while maintaining core toughness — the key to long service life under demanding conditions.
